Will be no help from Tandy. They don't do repairs. they simply sell the supplies for doing leathercraft.


I agree with the above, find a local shoe repair. I have found them to be very friendly, knowledgable, and happy to get watever work they can. So they treat you right.

My 2 cents is this.
First tourmaster is not the bottom of the line. They are more for non Harley type bikes. They make very good stuff and it is geared towards the import bikes.
You may have gotten a bad one but that happens once in a while to all products.
I bought something on line and didnt like it. It was free shipping but I had to pay to ship it back. I also had to pay a restocking fee.

If you bought the bags from a store. One that you could walk up to and talk to a guy, they would most likely have returned it. They would then just send it back to tourmaster no problem.

I dont like buying on line for exactly what happened to you.

Hope you get your bags fixed and get them back on the road.

Just my 2 cents.
