Thumbs up Techncycle gear - thumbs up !

Just want to let everyone know that you need to shop with www.Techncyclegear.com They are a forum advertiser but that is not how I ended up doing business with them. I was on a mission to buy a Scala Q2 bike to bike communicator. Lots of searching for prices and reviews and technical questions.

I ended up talking to them due to a thread here about GPS and the Q2. At the time I didn't realize they were a supporter with a 10% discount. I shot them a few emails over technical questions, got quick responses and decided they were stand up people. Asking if they could meet a price is when I learned of the hdforum discount.

First rate service, communication, shipping and price. I bought the Scala Q2 Multiset from them with the forum discount at close to $250. Newenough wants $340. I visited a metric shop today and they had one for ahem......$395. Both of these vendors told me they couldn't buy if for that. My decision was based on price, response to my inquiries, forum supporter and the fact that they were shown as an authorized vendor on the Scala website. That was important because I found an Ebay seller that just didn't pass the smell test. Techncyclegear even went the extra mile to get me a 12V charger that they didn't carry at the time.

This is the way it is supposed to be - check them out, they will treat you right.

Thanks for the kind words we are a small business started out of our passion for motorcycling and are building our business on old fashion customer servers and great prices on quality merchandise.
