Since I joined this forum I've been lucky enough to become friends with some good people here. We have sent each other various things like patches, pins, videos. A couple of us have sold parts back and forth. Most of the time we ship the parts without the payment first and if the other likes it they'll send the money. About a week ago I got a PM from a guy I met from the serial posters post. He said "Hey Juno, I saw in the classifieds you were looking for a new helmet". "I got a brand new Bell Apex that's a little too big, and you can have it if you want". I fired back a PM and asked him what he wanted for it. He writes back and tells me "call it a birthday present". He says he can ship from work, so shipping is free. Of course I'll send something in return to show my appreciation! Damn, what can I say? I have more friends that live over 1000 miles away then I do in Stockton. That's MY definition of Brotherhood!
I agree, this is a great bunch of folks here plain and simple. I've bought and sold a fair number of things here and had only positive experiences. This site is part of my daily routine and one that I enjoy greatly. We all share a common passion for 2 whees and wind in the face!
My biggest problem with this site is it stays open on my second monitor, some days I would rather "be here" then "at work". Today being one of those, lol.
