My softail has got it bad in the front but mostly because need to put fender back on. But the rear arm wobble is freaking getting bad I just movedpreload up and it didnt help much with rear. Guess going to have to keep messing with it. How come I havent seen any other softails on this thread with this problem?
It has to be the right road conditions, like in a sweeper and hit a bump,at legal speeds, sometimes even just back roading speeds, just pushing kind of hard and hit the right spot in the road, mine doesn't do it any more,Throttleup.
Thanks. The link and directions look simple and I will look into it. I see you are in San Mateo. Did you go to the Ness show yesterday? It was pretty good. Mama and I went up from here and had a good ride then shot over to Amici's for some pie.
I missed that show wasn't aware of it. My wife and I rode up to Sausalito for lunch. Remind me never to try to cut through Hiway 35 / 19th Ave / Hiway 1 on a nice Sunday afternoon again - sheesh, even splitting (narrow) lanes it took about an hour to get through the park.
Didn't know I had it until I bought the Heritage. Felt it around 70 mph. Installed the bagger brace last November and now my RK is like a new bike. Solid as a rock.

Yeah we made the mistake of going to capitola to meet some people yesterday and split lanes from basically Watsonville to Capitola...sucked...rode today al day and it was great and am gona ride tomorrow as well...the weather is too nice not to...
i have experienced the bagger wobble. it happens in corners at speed. when i put the right amount of pressure in the forks and shocks and swapped out tires for metzelers and all is good now.
I have experienced the "rear-steer" I also replaced the stock POS Dunlop 402 tires with Metzelers and it seems to have helped. The Dunlop's seemed to have magnified the feeling.
I also want to install a Progressive stabilizer.
