iron butt in june

well looks like a couple of us coonass gona do an iron butt. baton rouge la to jackson miss to birhgman ala. to montegermey ala to mobile to new orleans back to baton rouge. that is one route we lookin at it is actually 1055 miles. not sure if i want to do it on my dyna or go get my brother utlra glide. LOL

If you want to put the IBA license plate frame on your Dyna, you should ride it. A friend of mine did a SS1K on a Ducati 916. He couldn't move for three days when we finished!

I don't think it matters what bike, or whos bike you ride... just be certain to get signed out and signed in and document all your stops along the way. I am an Iron Butt Member.

I did my SS solo the year before last. Stay hydrated and alert. Check out the IBA website for advice on distance riding.

I am hoping to do a BB1500 this year.
