I know this is an old post, but sharing my experiences about Seminole HD.
I bought my first bike from them back in Nov 2001 when they were in Fern Park. Then they moved to Sanford, about 15 min ride for me. When I got the itch for a new bike, in Dec 2008, I shopped around. Destination just gave me big sales pitch. But Orlando HD really did a good job. I almost bought the bike there, but had to give Seminole a chance. Well, drove home, stopped by and they matched it no questions asked. So went with them. The finance guy used to live behind me and do a great job as well.
The service guys there are great (i.e. Nick). Just had my service done and I brought in my own engine oil (Mobil 1), tranny oil (Spectro syn-6 speed) and had them use F+ in the primary. No questions asked, they said sure and changed it the way I asked them. They also did the tank recall.
Then I mentioned I had the D407F front tire. When I went to pick up the bike, it had a new front tire D408 on it, no questions asked and no charge.
Overall, you can't beat living 15 minutes away and getting service like that.
Bought mine a few weeks ago at the Orlando Harley, great guys there, except for the finance dude, kind of a grouch, lol
I went to the Seminole Harley to check out see if they had any used bikes, didn't have any, but the guy I talked to kept texting me 2 days after saying a bunch of weird stuff about taking care of me and blah blah, i told him to **** off lol
Funny how these old threads show up again. I don't know if that original salesperson is still working there, but I've bought a few bikes over the years from Keith Boggs at Seminole. I have also sent him a ton of customers and he's always treated them fairly. If you're truely in the market, he's the man to see.
Both my father back in august and me in February bought our Harleys from West and Tim. Both guys are great and a big help. Worth the 200 mile trip up to them from west palm.
I would ride down to Seminole from Clearwater back in the 90's. The setting for the dealership was great with the water out back. Very friendly at that time and still willing to help a biker out.
