that little rocking motion that is in the stand still gets me. sometimes make me wonder if it is really in lock position....

Almost happened to me this past sunday. Was on a group cancer run and pulled into a gravel parking lot. Kicked her down and leaned her over and she kept on going. Held it up, don't know how. Turns out, my back wheel was in a little pot hole and I don't think the stand ever locked in. That and it wasn't the first stop of the run.

you probably should have been using a jiffy stand (whatever that is ). I have never had one roll on me like that. I have had one sink into the mud though. It wasn't muddy when I parked it.
