I've my extenders installed for about a month and have been very happy. The shipping was quick, the product is high quality, and the instructions were very clear. I'm not the sharpest tool in the drawer when it comes to mechanical jobs, but it was a breeze following the instructions. I can't make any comments on customer service because I didn't have to contact them which in my book, is a good thing.
Couldn't be happier, made a huge difference in riding comfort. Tom's customer service is great, fast shipping, nice company to deal with. Easy install, simple instuctions, the only difficulty I had was to shorten an allen wrench because of the harley oil cooler. Great company, great people, great product, will buy again and tell my friends to do the same. Thanks Tom!
I won a set in March
still would buy them if I hadn't
Tom is epic when it comes to customer service
great product
highly recommend to anyone for a more comfortable ride
The oil cooler issue makes it a bit more difficult to install, but as stated above it can still be done. Thanks for all the feedback so far. Personally, (Anubisss here) I just got back from a 200 mile ride with my extenders and new chrome floorboard brackets. There is so much more range of where I can put my feet now that it is not even funny. I scraped a few times in the canyons, but I was definitely pushing the limits of my bike today as I had to get my ya ya's out after the week. I still did not scrape any more than I would have without the comfort of these extensions.
fit, function and customer service was great. i won mine but had great response with you guys. i love mine and if i didnt win them i would have gladly paid for them. great add on.
