Maybe we can't wait another month so we have to start yet another freakin rumor thread...do we have to do this a tenth time? I for one can wait another month to find out...
rumour heard-
Harley planning a liquid cooled V-4 for the replacement for the Road Glide
???
(Maybe the Nova's time has come?)
Somehow, I doubt it. But that would sure solve a lot of problems. The downside would be that your Harley would then drip four different fluids on the garage floor.
Heard this at the Show and Shine a couple weeks back while looking at Trev Deeley's Nova sitting on display.
from a parts guy.
Said it would make a heck of a torque monster, and if they are ever going to go water cooled on the touring bikes may as well make it something really different,
Sorry to bore ya with this, but I heard it, and had to ask.
I wish they would come out with a 400-600cc single as an entry level bike.
Give it a Harley Hummer look, and price it around 3-4 grand. Maybe even a trail-bike version.
Chain drive, four speed, keep it simple and inexpensive.
Hey, Willie G. ! You listenin' ?
