Default Curved Pullback Risers

Anyone installed the 4" or 6" HD curved pullback risers? And can either be installed on a '08 Super Glide without changing the cables? I'm too broke for new bars and cables but would like to move my bars up and back a bit.

I put the 4" pullbacks on my 07 Super Glide and all it needed was a little bending of the brake line. But it was kinda marginal -- I don't know if the 6" would have worked.
What are you going to do about the speedo?

+1 Put a spacer where the brake line mounts under the fork brace with a longer screw and you're good to go. BIG change in comfort!

will take a bit of getting used to riding. instead of turning the handlebars you will be swinging them.

I'm also interested in this topic...

I'm thinking of installing the HD pull back risers (part #56066-82A) on my 2008 FXDC with stock handlebars, but I'm unsure if there will be any issues with cables. I'm also unsure of how it will look, so if anyone has performed this mod and can post some pics, it would be really helpful...

Also, can you reuse the stock bushings, or do you need to get the polyurethane ones?

Any comments on improvements in comfort would be appreciated too. My current (stock) setup suits me just fine on short rides or around town, but on longer rides it seems like getting my hands a little higher and closer to my body would be a lot more comfortable. I'm about 6'-1" tall...

I have the custom with the speedo in the tank console.

Thanks guys. Soon as I scrape together a little cash I'm gonna give it a shot.
