That is one of the worst responses by a business I have ever read. She should just reference the refund policy, deny your request, and end the response. No need for them to get personal. Contact the credit card company and plead your case.
They do now but there wasn't any when we made reservations a month ago.
Then I agree with your point of view, and would hope that the credit card company will not charge you for this. Their response was entirely inappropriate.

This is the point. The $83.00 isn't gonna break us but the personal attacks when a request for a refund is made. How do they handle more serious disputes?

That should be enough to get your money back. It seems like it should be safe to believe that if you rent a cabin you wil have indoor plumbing (but I may be stupid too).
Don't know how many motorcycle camps, or "resorts", you've hit, Ron...but, those no frills, KOA type cabins are fairly common. The guy at 29 Dreams probably expected ya to be aware of that...but, that doesn't excuse his character attack...some day someone might teach him a bit 'bout "growing up". Kinda ironic ain't it...accuses ya of still "growing up"...all the while, addressin ya in such a childish manner. Oh well...takes all kinds I guess.
There were so many better ways to handle this on 29 Dreams part. Much smarter move would be to reiterate the policy but give you the refund anyway- "just this once". If they had you likely wouldn;t have posted a peep about it.

Hey TJ - we actually enjoy the "rustic" KOA type campgrounds. But this was our 20th anniversary, so we kinda' wanted sumtin' special. And KOA isn't $112.00 per night ($83.00 + $29.00 membership)
And he is not a red dot...I'm still laughing at your post.
