CHATSWORTH Officials say two people from Dalton have been killed when the motorcycle they were riding was sideswiped by a pickup truck.
The Georgia State Patrol identified the victims as 39-year-old Ty Woods and 29-year-old April Lynthlin, who authorities said was in the latter stages of pregnancy.
Authorities said a Ford Ranger driven by 55-year-old David Sloane of Dalton crossed the center line Sunday night and hit the motorcycle. An investigation was being done by the state patrols Specialized Collision Reconstruction Team.
