You might have one of the new ones that HD replaced the blue one with. The blue one was not all blue, it just had blue rubber edges on it.

I use K&N HD-0800. gain gas milage 3 to 5 miles per gallon. I had SE elimant. I bought it from Auto Zone for $31.99.

It's definitely worth the $40 (or less) for an air filter that flows better and will last as long as the bike itself.

Hmmm. I'm taking a 2300 mile road trip in 2 weeks. Are you saying I should change the filter before the return trip? What signs will tell me I need to change? I just had the Stage 1 done 40 miles ago.
