I was in my mustang some years ago and was clocked at 83 in a 55. The officer said that as he was trying to catch up with me he was doing 100 mph and that I was still pulling away from him. I was still in my military uniform and very up front with him and he wrote the ticket for 74 in the 55. (20+ mph over was the next big step and driving school) I said thanks ad paid my debt.
LOL, thats what the trooper said to me too....I had seen the headlights on the other side of a bride abutment, but then nothing...I figured he was snoozin, or slow on the radar button and kept going on my merry (and accelerating) way....then my *** got lit up like the Griswalds xmas tree....I didn't think they would pull some snipe on me (I laugh now...I was crappin my pants back then)...and he told me they were into their "rev limiters" catching up...and I should thank him for not hitting the radar again right before they snagged me.....I did....
WHAT? Where are you getting this from? I've NEVER seen or heard of this being done. 75% of the time, if you're not a compete dick, I'll DROP it down a level to save you money and points.
THAT'S been my experience. "Yes, Sir" seems to go WAY farther than "WTF do you want NOW???" BUT, JMFUO as ooze-ual.
Who cares what those friggin' hicks think out thar, anywho??? The FASTER you can get thru there, the better. Bwahahahaha
BUT, I did FINALLY locate attorneys for ya:
One of 'em is a Public Pretender, so the price is right. One is a Congressman(useless as t*ts on a South Dakota boar hog) and the other just charges up the wazoo!!! Pick the one you think will work best for you.
Years ago, my ex-FIL was a magistrate in Miner county, SD. When we were making the trek out there, we'd call him, and he'd casually inform us as to what the radar guns were set at. 61, 66, 71, etc. KEEP IT UNDER THAT, Gumby!!! GTG.
YES, Gumby was married to the judge's daughter!!!! Imagine that. She went to SoDak, to get the divorce!!! In all seriousness, she did, but it had NOTHING to do with judges, or anything else. That is just 'home' for her, too.
