I only talk to the voices in my head when I ride. I'm not sure but some of them might be on cell phones.

Looks like we're thinking with one mind, well, almost. There is no way a cell phone belongs outside of a saddlebag when the bike is moving.

Ok...so I'm on my way home the other day and I get behind a bike.
The light in front of turns red and we both stop.
The guy whips out his cell phone and starts having a conversation.
The light turns green, he just hanngs up puts it back on his belt and rides on.

Next light the same thing. He did this down city streets for about 5 miles
then I turned off so I don't know how long he kept it going like that.

IMHO...Cell belongs turned off or checked only when stopped.
To many other things to pay attention too.
