it is a "complete frame" it is just diffrent than what most people think a frame should be. The Vision (yes, yes i know it is ugly) has the same type of frame and no problems with it over last few years it has been out. So yes it is complete it is just new and most people have not seen a bike that is done this way.
Eee. If you are correct, you just gave me another reason not to ride a Vision.
I actually saw a couple staring at my bike once at a local biker hangout, walked over (I was looking at HD's about 10-20 yards away) and asked them "you guys like Yamaha?" They replied "No, this is a Victory" and they insisted on it several times until I finally said "I'm pretty sure it's a Yamaha", pulled my key from my pocket, and put it in the ignition
Are you here to just post victory and star bike pics or do you also have a Harley? Just wondering...by the way, why didn't you at least get the Roadstar? The V-star motor is really weak...well then again until you build on them the Roadstar motor is weak too...and yes I had one... I used to keep one in my garage as a loaner bike...
My V Star puts down 80HP and 90TQ at the wheel. The 80ci motor is stronger than the Road Star, except for the Warrior. I don't drag race but guys with similar mods to mine are running 12.5-12.6 in the 1/4 mile which is substantially faster than a Road Star.
If that's "weak" in your opinion, I'd hate to know what you think of the stock twin cam HD's.
And yes, I'm just here to post Victory and V Star pics, that's all I've done on this forum. All my posts have been pictures of Victorys and V Stars.
The V Star 1300 is my first bike and I'm here to learn more about HD as my second bike will most likely be an HD. I hope that explanation satisfies you and I can continue to remain on this forum with your permission.

Yeah by and large I've found this forum to be full of good and friendly people with a lot of nice bikes to look at and lots of info to be had. I came here originally just to check out pictures, then joined to post and learn more.
Like many of you, I like bikes from many manufacturers. I don't mind if someone doesn't like my bike, but cowboy1 called it "weak" (which is just dumb especially trying to say that a Road Star is more powerful, which simply isn't true) then in my eyes questions why I'm even here. I take offense to that. I don't remember reading in the forum rules that you must own a Harley to post here.
If folks would rather I not post any pictures of my Yamaha, then I won't. But, people like to show their bikes, and for now, it's what I've got. I think it's a nice bike and I enjoy it while I'm looking for the next one.
