I live just a block away from a heavily travel motorcycle scenic route. Every day and particular in the weekend, we have hundred and hundred of bikes leisurely going through. There are many bars and restaurants along the road. All you can see are Harleys in the parking lot. It is getting boring and I get immuned to the scene. I think I am going to ride my mountain bike and park among the big bad azz boys just to be different.

Do you have the same feeling?
I really can't believe you just posted that. I'm not trying to be a d*ck, but WOW. You sound like my PITA mother-in-law. I need you to hop on your horse and ride for at least 100 miles. When you get back you need at least a 6 pack to drink. After you've done all that go and re-read what you posted. I think you'll have a better understanding what the problem is after doing this. lol. Your post teeters on being almost as bad as the one about leaving a bar because 1%ers came in. Sorry, not trying to stir the pot, but man up a little. haha

Can't say I do. I bought my Harley for riding, not individuality. I really don't care if my bike or I looks like others.

Can't speak for Europe but in the UK Harleys are not held in that much esteem. Lot of people comment it is a 'lifestyle' the bikes are old technology, lot of riders wont nod or wave at a Harley, the usual stuff. I certainly don't get a warm fuzzy feeling when I roll into a parking place full of sports bike and BMW riders

Are you talking about the feeling that there are a lot of people out there enjoying life on their Harley? Is so, yes, that's the same feeling I have.

Don't really understand that one either. So a VRod looks like an Ultra to you? Straight pipes sound the same as stock exhaust to you?

If you're tired of Harleys maybe it's time to move on to something else?

Not sure what you'd be trying to prove, but go for it if you think it would make you feel better.

Not even close.
