I can't stand funerals myself, but sometimes you have to go, not so much for the departed, because they're gone, but to support the family and be a part of remembering him or her later on at the get together that always happens at a funeral.

What would you expect from him if you were the one that had passed away? I believe you know the answer, as far as JuJu, thats like ghosts! If you think you see one crack it with your Glock if it bleeds then it wasn't a ghost!

Pay your respects. They were your friends no matter what issues they might have had in their lives.

Default Update

I spoke to his brother today & he had a heart attack while riding. Per a buddy on the jobsite, he was having some chest pain Friday afternoon which he blew off. Saturday, while some figured he was leaving a bar (2 am) he was actually leaving a friends house. He was 10 blocks from home when he suffered his heart attack. The police said that by the skid marks he left
on the pavement he couldn't have been going over 20 mpg.
It apparenly took 20 minmutes of compressions to get his heart started again & he was on a ventilator. The plug was pulled by his parents Sunday.
Sad, very sad but at least now I know what happened.
I guess the one thing I can say is.....If you have chest pain, get it checked out sooner vs later.

You made the right choice attending his funeral. Only 31, his exit was way to soon.

I attend several funerals each month and have never had a problem with bad ju-ju. I would hope the opposite holds true. Go pay your respects.
