Default Blackhawk Warrior Boots

Anybody have any experience with this boot. Seems to have everything one would want in a motorcycle boot, lightweight, somewhat water resistant, rubberized heel and toe reinforcement. Pricey at $169.95 but I can get them at our military bx for $143.00. One set-back, made in china. http://www.blackhawk.com/product/War...ts,1060,20.htm

Thanks Harley99 for the information. I just ordered a tan pair (only color available) for $109.99 plus $10.49 shipping. Grand Total: $120.48. Sure beats the BX price. Would have been nice to have these on my trip to Sturgis this year. I wore goretex hiking boots that were full of water after the rain/hail storm I ran into last Thursday leaving Sturgis. Only boot rain covers would have worked to keep the water out. I tried the pair on at the BX and they were very comfortable and lighweight, I like the breathing and rubberized toe and heal feature. It gets a little warm here in Louisana.

The retail price is a lot of money for a boot you can't resole. Looks like you got a better price though.

I have been wearing them for the last year in the sandbox and I love them as a work boot. The price is not bad for the quality and comfort that I have experienced. IMO they put the 5.11 boots to shame in all categories. I have never used them as riding boots because I prefer the stiffness and toe cap that is in my issued Corcoran desert boots, but don't see why they would not work for you in that capacity.
