Just for going back and forth between the office or errands around town. I wouldn't want to use one for much more than an overnight ride.

I've used a bike messenger bag from these guys for going on 20 years. On my second one. The first one survived a 200 ft slide caused by an errant mini van driver only to get lost in a house move. I'm sure I'd still be using it if it weren't for that fact

The large sized ones are big enough to carry enough clothes for a weekend. Tough as nails.

The only time I use a backpack is if I'm gonna take my laptop somewhere. Pretty rare. Otherwise, don't like 'em.

Yes I do. We have a fitness center in the office, so I carry a change of clothes and my laptop in with me.

Only on my Enduro. Make sure you get one with a waist strap, otherwise it may move and cause a control or weight issue.

I normally do when riding to work. If I'm just out and about then I leave the back pack at home.
