yupp, sure do! when i go to school i use my backpack, also whenever i go to daytona bike week i use it. like someone else said, only for 1 or 2 nighters or to hual something either to a buds house or school. for me they beat bags on short trips
Used to use one when I'd ride my Dyna to work. I would use a cargo net to strap it to the bike, though- didn't wear it while I rode. With the saddlebags on the Heritage no need for the back pack...
Chrome bags are the sturdiest, toughest, most comfortable bags I've ever found. I have a "citizen" that is four years old--as good as the day i got it. (They're also guaranteed for life.)

Holy expensive backpack batman!
My jansport (I think) backpack that I bought for going to the beach at Bobs Stores for 30 bucks on clearence is now 5 years old and still works. Holds my laptop and gym clothes, etc.
now and then if I'm riding to work and need a change of clothes, lunch etc or if I'm just running down the hill to pick sumthn up at the liquor store or whatever........easier than putting on the saddle bags.....
I've NEVER used it to carry the dog however (as a couple of posters have mentioned).....thats just..........weird..........
well my dog is an 85 pound boxer so I'd need a heck of a backpack to tote him around....but nevertheless; I wouldn't pack a dog on my bike no matter the size....like I said......weird; and not in a good way.....
