I have Progressive as well. I used them 2 weeks ago.. took me about 50 miles to the nearest HD dealer. Damn tubed tires. The HOG program only covers the 1st one hundred dollars as far as I know.. then you are basically paying $4/mile. The extended warranty from HD also has coverage but I have not looked into that.

If you pay $19.95 more you get the deluxe roadside assistance package which has a lot more coverage then the standard one which comes with the HOG membership. I upgraded to it last week.

I have Road America , ( help@road-america.com ) for 19.95 per year , free unlimited towing, you pay for repairs. Harley only gives you one free tow a year. Emergency roadside assistance 24/7

I signed up through HOG. It took 6 weeks and three phone calls to get it squared away. Even with the hassle it is worth having... when you need it.

I'm in Wisconsin with Progressive and have roadside assistance as well. Pretty sure it's a nationwide thing.
