Default Pledge???

I remember reading someone used pledge to keep the shine on his bike...can't find it again...me and Jack were hanging out with friends before I got on the computer...heck it could've all been a dream.

Yep, Lemon Pledge works great. I do it right after a wash and use it on all the painted areas. Doesn't leave any residue like wax does.

I recently posted about using pledge. It works on everything except rubber and leather. Hell, it might work on that too, but I don't want to slide off of my bike or have my bike slide out from under me. Bugs just wipe right off after I use Pledge on my windshield. And I live in lovebug country (NE Florida).

The label on my can of Pledge says it works on leather. I use it to clean my saddle bags but use Lexol on my coat, vest, etc.

Actually there are several threads on Pledge. Count me as another user, it works.

I learned about Pledge on this sight several years ago and haven't used anything else since.

I will use any spray wax now over a can paste stuff. But if I have time and more time to kill a can paste wax with go on some stuff. Then spray wax everything else. In the winter riding time I will spray wax my engine alot of time.

Another pledge on paint user here. Use non-ammonia Windex on chrome. Takes the bugs right off.
