Shift rod for new samson pipes seemd to be rubbing the engine case on the deluxe.
We are installing and hubby doesn't see a way to get it adjusted not too.
i dont understand what aint workin...are the TD's hittin the shift rod...cause the shift rod shouldnt be that close...you said the shift rod is hittin the engine case...did it before...why does it not now...how come you had to take the shift rod off to install TD's...wht changed...why did it change
The installation fo True Duals requires a bent shift rod to accomodate the pipes coming over to that side. Looks like we have it it set right just looks awful close.
Now I have to figure out what to do with the passenger pegs.....
