Several years ago, hit an armadillo on my old Vulcan 1500....that is an experience as they tend to jump straight up when startled sometimes, and they are a lot quicker than they look. Little sucker ran out in front of me before I knew it, and clipped him w/ my front at about 70 mph. Next couple of seconds were pretty wild, and did luck out and keep it upright.
Had a friend total a 2005 Kawi Consours on moon lake rd , near Port Ritchy , FL , killed the wild bpar too , he was bruised up , helmet shattered , but broke nothing.
