Is the ignition locked right now? Harleys don't need a key unless the ignition is in the locked position. If it is the factory alarm it might still be set to the default alarm code. You might get a owners manual and check and see what that is. You don't need a key fob to disable it. You can enter the code through the handle bar blinker buttons. A key can be made through any dealer or a good lock smith. You will need the title in your name or a bill of sale at the vary least. Good luck and don't be so negative about it. you just might have a nice ride on your hands.
