Yes. WVUltra here on the forum put 09 shocks on his 07 and the 07's used the same shocks as the 03's did. You would be able to run higher pressures on the 09's than on your stockers.
DAWG is correct. You can run up to 50 pounds on the 09 shocks. I was running 40 pounds in my SG to keep from bottoming out so much. It may be higher than 50, but 50 for sure, that much I remember.
Will 2009 Ultra air shocks fit on an 2003 Ultra. I have a chance to get a pair real cheap.
My shocks rubber boots are all torn up.
You can get Rack & Pinion rubber boots to replace your torn ones. The part number at Advance Auto is K3533190. TRW part number is 15113D. Or ask for CV Bellows/Boot kit for a 1990-1991 Toyota Camry. Just Ziptie them on at the top and bottom.

Reason: wrong info
$50 for the pair.
Getting new rubber boots sounds a lot better and cheaper. My shocks are still good, it's the boots that are ripped. And of course you can't buy just the boots from Harley.
Some say just take off the boots and forget about it...you don't need them...they retain water and rust out the bottom of the shocks.
