Bought wife a new 1995 BMW 740il back in 96. 1st day in a private parking lot for city employees it got keyed all the way down the side. They put security cameras in that next week. Bull krap a city employee. We are there. This can't get much worse

Vandalism is usually young ones, leaving their mark on the world.
Gotta always be tagging something, writing on a wall, leaving some kind of permanent mark. Kind of sux, but very common stuff.
I couldn't sleep at night if I had to park outside, and I live in a safer neighborhood.
