Little bit of a update on this whole deal. See about 2 weeks ago had some new neighbors move in next to me, nothing has happen until then. It was a nice day today so I decided to open up the windows and just sit back and relax. I seen some kids come out of the new neighbors and go up to another girls car that lives here and try to open her doors and looking in her windows! wtf! I got up and went outside and off they went. Probably about 12-14 years old. Good chance they was the ones that did it. I believe I'm gonna setup a camera like someone said on here.

Catch the little bastards and castrate them before they breed. The world with thank you.
I think the camera Idea is a good idea. Maybe set up a honeypot to entice them a little and then give a copy to their parents and the police. If they parents are dirtbags and don't want to take care of their kids, show the video around the neighborhood and I do believe that street justice would prevail
Your a better man than me. Needless to say either the parents would be handing me a stack of cash or I'd take out my frustration on them. You can't raise their kids for em but you sure can kick their ***. Either situation will make you feel a whole lot better.

Don't need to set anything up to entice them...they're dumb enough to do it again without any outside help....as for the police...I'd leave them out of it seeing as they wouldn't or couldn't do anything about it anyways..and seeing as they're minors I'd take it up with the parents...and if they failed to take care of it then whatever the brats did I'd make the father pay for it...one way or another.
It's a shame that society today has gotten to this point....there was a time where kids would bend over backwards to be as good as they could be for fear of their father getting home from work....they got into trouble sure but they rarely damaged private property or did anything else like that...not like they do today...not sure what to blame that on...TV, parents, schools, lawyers and judges...or is it just the generation..
What I have found in my experience is that these days people don't seem to respond unless you beat it into them or beat it out of them...the only language they seem to understand is pain and violence.....damn shame.
Better be careful any thing you do to kids, you will be the one in jail not them.Remember it is a bill of criminal rights,it doesn't say anything about victims rights.
