Actually you need to get a tube of "LeatherGrow" (or in the case of Nogahide, NogaGrow). Follow the directions exactly, even the 2am treatments. The fingers will, most of the time, grow back.

I have been told if you put them on ice in a cooler and take them to the emergency room they have someone in there that can glue, staple,sew or something like that, to fix your fingers.. I believe they went to school or read it in a book.. but they should be able to help you..

The alternative would be to cut your fingers off in a meat saw to match the gloves. This should only be considered if you are finished picking your nose, flipping people off, playing guitar, etc.
