Does Harley sell OEM paint in an aerosol can?

Question: What Kind of clear coat does Harley use on '09's?

Got a little bubbling up of the clear coat near gas cap opening inner edge.

They also sell the clear coat in an aerosol can. They have the regular clear and the denim clear.
