What are some good 2" handlebar mounted speakers that can plug into an Ipod/etc? Is it worth the money to buy speakers with built-in amps or can it mount under my seat? Would prefer to spend less than $200. Thanks for your help.
Here are two links to the system i should have in cpl days one of the links has a vidieo that a guy put on here after he bought them and the other some of us talking about the system. $140 and someone also had a link on here from i believe amazon and Beach audio that was selling them for $105 bucks.
2-inch speakers CANNOT handle the bass load, and you'll end up replacing them sooner than you'd think.
I tried the "Two-Wheel-Tunes" system. It blew up in short order.
I've since installed the "Rumble Road" sound system. Much better sound, and the speakers each contain the amps.
Yeah, the bigger speakers don't hide as easily, but they sound better & last longer.
