OK, let's be serious here. My brother-in-laws next door neighbor's cousin works right in "New Development" for the MoCo. Here's the latest that he's leaked, but you've got to promise not to let it out. 2011 will see the dawn of a new Era in Motorcycling from HD. It's the liquid cooled, 4 cylinder V-Four, 45 degrees, 4 valves per cylinder, putting out 137 ft.lbs. of torque, and 152 bhp. Now here's the real kicker that's going to put this bike over the top. It's all wheel drive. Yep, you heard it here first. BOTH wheels are crankin' so you can get that super traction in the snow, sleet, rain, or just flat out acceleration. Oh, it's also got a turbo to assist in producing those numbers, and they are shooting for a flat 50 mpg to make EPA happy. It will have a 4 into 2 into 2 exhaust setup with a quick release removable baffle package that comes in three stages depending on how you want your bike to sound. Finally, it will look very similar to the 1965 FLH Shovel, with the radiator hidden behind the saddle bags. One big exception in styling will be that it will have the stretched bags from the New CVO Road Glide, and that same long wide rear fender to accommodate the 250 rear tire. He swears this is the straight skinny on what's coming out! What do you think?
On another HD forum there is a comment about the V-Rod being discontinued, production has ceased for the 2010 models and there is no --rumours about the 2011 model.
Time to start the " I talked to someone that talked to his cousin that knows someone at the factory" stories.
Personally, I like the one about the V Rods, so I'm just gonna run with THAT one and tell everybody I heard it HERE...

Paul Teutul Jr. (of American Choppers fame) has been named by Willie G. himself as his direct replacement as Chief Styling Officer and head of the Product Development Center effective 1 January 2010.
That would be awesome, they would surely introduce the round bar- rod shortly if that were the case. Or the Round bar bobber and Round bartail
I'm surprised no one has heard that the vrod engine is going to be an optional engine on the Dyna family, along with the same front tire as on the "48".

I think you should pass around what you're smoking.
