Are U still riding with U ole buds?
Lots of 1st time Harley owners and a lot are saying (Wished I'd done it Yrs ago). do U still hang/ride with Ur old group or now go with mostly other Harley riders, or ????

after a 30 year lay-off i made the decision to purchase a new 2010 heritage on the way home from my brothers funeral. was on the way home from Va. and checked out nine harley dealers and settled on one from Tuscumbia Al. me and my brother rode when young and dreamed of a ride again and it never happened for the two of us.... the kids are grown and gone and me and the wife are back at it again...

Had not ridden in 12 years, Started to ride again 2years ago. Got a 2009 FLHTCU early this year, the only old bud I use to ride with that still rides has a sportster, Just joined Just today met some of the members of the Local HOG club so it looks like Ill be ridding with Harleys mainly.

Still ride with the same guys. A mixed group, some Harleys some metrics. For the most part we are no longer riding sport bikes. We have one guy left on a sport touring bike. I think when you start to ride cruiser bikes HDs are the one. They have all the history, the sound, etc.

I've been riding Harleys for the last 30 years, and Yamahas before that. Can't even remember all of the different "riders" that I seen come and go in that time period. A lot of them start riding, get ALL fixed up, then just fade away. Kinda of sad really.

I ride alone, prefer it that way. People who I have met around here who ride Harleys are *******....... I need to move.
