I'm from up here too and can let you in on anything about the Haul Road and Alaska roads you'd want to know. I drive it for work about every 3 weeks throughout the year. Right now is no good though...-17 F here in Fairbanks is way to cold...get a snowmachine and you'll be on the right track...PM me if you wanna know anything
