So I was out taking pics of the bike the other day after bolting on a few new goodies and the wife wanders out and says, "You really love that bike don't you?"

"Heh, yeah, I guess I do." I said sheepishly.

I figure she's comparing the attention I pay to the RKC with my complete ambivalence towards my last bike. I loved my last bike too but it became useless to me so it just sat in the garage, ignored, collecting dust.

I just thought it was a funny comment for her to make.

Oh, that'll come. The first time I'm in the garage working on it all day she'll hassle me about loving the bike more than her

Dude, trust me, you missed that one completely! She's speaking the same language as my wife. What she's really saying is you love your bike more than her. Better re-evaluate the situation!

I might love my bike, but I'm not in love with it.

Hello- - - Some us us picked up on what you missed. That's women's code talk for "So I guess you love that bike more than me"

The next chrome piece you buy better fit around "her" finger.

Maybe doing her on or bent over the bike would help.
