Don't know what your budget is but you can get enclosed 5x8 cargo trailers just about anywhere for around 2500 all you would have to do is install a pingle and tie down hooks. I just got mine for $2800 out the door with the pingle and 4 hooks installed. Hope it helps.

loading a bike on that thing makes me shudder..... that's gotta be scary.

I would get a basic flat bed trailer off of craigslist (like what the lawn folks use) and then buy a wheel chock from HarborFreight and strap it down.

But, what are you towing it with?

On a side note I usually just load my bike into the back of a pick up.

I put this Harbor Freight one together for under $500. I set it up for one 900 lb bike but it could be set up for two middle weights.

Towed the 900 lb Rune over 1,400 miles. Pulled very well with out any sway or porpoising.

Thanks for all the effort fellas (and ladies). I'm pulling it with an 04 Expedition.

The uhaul route is a no-go due to price. I don't want an enclosed due to price.

Good call on the Harbor Freight trailer...probably be going that route.
