They're all good in my opinion. Go to Wally World and find one in a small package. They all leak, and don't let anyone tell you they won't. I have a small 2 man $35 tent that I have used for several years now.
I used my backpacking tent; it's a North Face. It packs smaller and is lighter than the wally world tents you get, but it is plenty big enough for two people. I have found that all my backpacking gear works great for motorcycle camping b/c it is small in size/weight and that means it's easy to pack on the bike.
Coleman Sundome. 3 man tent, fifty bucks and lasts forever. If I remember correctly, they have a 5 year warranty too. If you get too drunk and burn it down or something, hey, it was only fifty bucks. A bit too big for backpacking, but should fit well on a bike.
I agree w/ Nightking on size; small is better. The Wally-tent I question. I use a Eureka Timberline. It is designed for very serious nights out. When traveling 2-up I add their vestibule. I now carry a Colman matress & electric pump for old bones & because it keeps my bag(s) above the waterline in case of tent failure. (In the woods a perfect site, or pine bows, or ditching... can keep the floor dry, but the side of the road is different.
A major choice is fooding. It has been my experience that carrying a kitchen on a motorcycle is not practical. I'd rather stop & meet the locals.
