Bar enterprises buying experience feedback please!

Bar enterprises buying experience feedback please!
Hi everyone!
I would like to know if anyone out here bought seats from bar enterprises at www.harleysites.com outside California. I ask because they seems to do a great job on their seats but their website is kinda crappy, their order system is old and that makes me unsecure to buy from Canada.
I've wrote them, got answers and quote and everything looks fine but... don't know... they're so straight-foward and makes soooo many english mistakes that it makes my eyes bleed... it doesn't help me trust them... and that's exactly why I ask you guys and gals; I want to know if they are reliable!
So are they?
I need to get a new seat and I would like to get one of their gunslinger 2up seat with tribal snake inlays on my FXRS ^^;

Sorry this is outdated for your post but others should know....
These Bar Enterprises guys may have good at one time but they ripped me off! I bought a solo seat with a pillion and only the seat got shipped to me and it didn;t fit. I asked about the pillion and the guy Andy said that it would ship the next week. It is 3 months later now and they won't answer emails or the phone. I looked online and there are a few others with the same experience.

BTW, I work international, and currently in your country, Mong Duong, until the end of this month - my first time in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
