Power Commander Surprise
Just a little anecdote for yout his evening...with a surprise ending.
Last fall I bought an 07 Street Bob with VH Shortshots on it. I love the bike, but I love the look of the Bigshots and I was interested in the possibility of more torque.
So, I just got a used set of VH bigshots and a Power Commander for my street bob. A Heavy Breather is on its way. Tonight I removed the shortshots and installed the bigshots. I was immediately impressed with the sound at idle. The torque blew me away, there is a huge difference in these pipes and the shortshots.
Once I got done Ogling my new pipes, I got to the power commander install. I took the seat off and removed the electrical cover. I began to disconnect the main plug when I noticed that there was really no room where the directions and everyone on here has said to mount the power commander. I yanked on a small box that was behind teh electrical box. To my surprise, I pulled out a power commander! All I had to do was plug it in to my computer and remap it. looks like im going to have a PCIII USB for sale.
