My wife asked me about getting a taller sissy bar on my bike. I photoshopped one in and wasn't sure I liked it. What I'd really like to do is the one piece king/queen seat & tall sissy bar all in one. If I did that, I'd want to hack the neck, add more rake, extend the forks a little, maybe 6"-8"...
One of my favorite looking bikes of all time is the bike in Mann's Ghost Rider. I think that's the look I have in mind as I do things to my WG.
How about this Schwinn Orange Krate for old school....This was my first custom bike. A Springer that had a Springer front end, Bobtail rear fender, ape hangers, and a five speed trans with a Suicide shifter.

Since i am relativly young in the scene (29 and been riding less than a year), one thing I have learned in this as well as most things in life is to ask the old timers since they have been there and done that and can help me avoid some of the lessons they learned the hard way on what to do with your scoot.
