I have a Fox Creek standard issue motorcycle jacket ( I forget the model name/number ... think "the wild one" with zipper vents ) .... it's killer. Real thick and heavy. I also got a Schotts Easy Rider .... beautiful leather, very nice. Not as heavy as the Fox Creek.
Look around and find what works for you. But, it's hard to to wrong with Fox Creek or Schotts. Both give great customer service.
ZIG ZAG, the jacket I'm wearing of Vanson's is kick ***. The white part actually GLOWS IN THE DARK.. Front and Back Glows this bright *** GREEN!! Looks so cool!
They were made in Fall River Massachusetts they had thier own factory which since I lived on Cape Cod could go there all the time. Unfortunately, due to economic times they've moved their factory outside the US..
I am 100% AMERICAN supporter but because of the quality and value (TO ME) I will continue to buy VANSON.. However, I don't think I will need another one for awhile. I have about 10 VANSON jackets now!
Good Luck on your decision!
Hey Cape Cod, now that's one GREAT looking jacket. Thanks for the photos. Didn't know they had glow in the dark jackets. Appreciate the info. Great lookin' bike as well.
