I have the HD Competition II jacket. I have worn it for three years now and it still looks great. I ride about 18,000 miles a year in all weather. I put conditioner on it once a year.

They were made in Fall River Massachusetts they had thier own factory which since I lived on Cape Cod could go there all the time. Unfortunately, due to economic times they've moved their factory outside the US..
I am 100% AMERICAN supporter but because of the quality and value (TO ME) I will continue to buy VANSON.. However, I don't think I will need another one for awhile. I have about 10 VANSON jackets now!

I have 2 HD leather jackets that are both over 10 years old and I really like them. Maybe they're just broken in, but seems like they are different than new ones. The black one has a cool bandana-print lining.
