I don't know if I am posting this in the right forum or not but here it goes...I woke up this mornin to a slew of email notifications on my Blackberry this morning stating that people had replied to posts that I was suscribed to. This has never happened before. How do I turn that off?

I use my BB as my bedside clock so when I received about 8 emails for the same thing at 2:08 this morning the ol was not impressed
..I have just edited my email address to make sure this doesn't happen again
