Just thought I would let you all know of a problem with one of the advertisers on this forum. I had ordered a pair of transitional sunglasses from Anytime Shades. After receiving them they were not what I expected. Did not like the fit and the lenses would not darken very much at all. Wanting to use their return policy I e-mailed them....never got a reply. I have e-mailed them 4 times in the last two weeks and still no response. They got my money, I guess that's all they want.
I know my e-mail works as they had lost the original order and I had to e-mail them to take care of the problem, to which they did right away. I am using the same e-mail address as before.
Just for grins......I bought a pair of the auto-darkening shades ( not from the same place ) and they told me that if the glasses did not get dark enough to suit me, to put them in the freezer overnight and that would make them get darker. I tried it, and it worked.....

nogood o~`o
Let me get this straight.
You told them your sunglasses didn't get dark enough.
I am getting so fed up with poor service after the sale! I think the business world as a whole has to do somethong about ongoing customer service. However, I went to the stealer yesterday to buy a leather jacket ( 20% off) and the woman helping me actually seemed to enjoy the whole process of customer service!
Standards should be higher for the ones that advertise on the site. As forum users, we tend to trust the products advertised here a bit more. If they have a bad product I would expect to see it pulled and not advertised here.
