Anyway, I was looking at the Georgia Dome's parking online and I don't see any areas setup specifically for motorcycles. Does the dome offer parking for motorcycles? You'd think with all the red alert days around here, they'd make it easier for the two-wheelers.

I ride past the Dome/Phillips arena etc a few times per week and have ridden to Phillips for Hockey related events and never seen any bike specific parking. I highly doubt there is any. I would ride down there anyway and just park in the CNN deck. Lock the forks lock a rotor arm your alarm and make sure you premiums are paid up.
