I agree the travel guide is worthless. I thought it would have cool bike routes in it. But it is just a road atlas with smaller maps.

HOG was just another money makeing scheme that HD came up with..Nothing funnier then some old fat man swaggering around with a big ol HOG patch on his brand new leather vest, that has a whole 5 years rideing time under his butt, thinking I be bad, LOL LOL OF Course not all HOG Members are like that, but you would be suprised at those that do..my way of thinking, if you want to wear a patch, earn it, now a American Flag, or comical patch ok, thats cool, but other then that, I think it needs to be earned..

Let the hollering and screaming begin, LOL LOL LOL... besides this theard is like the helmet one, the oil one and sop many others that just keep popping up every so often.[sm=biker.gif]

My wifes coworker has a 5 year old son who is just enthralled with my bike. I gave him my HOG patch, Hog pin, and the travel guide. So far he's been just tickled with the "patch placement" and nobody seems to have been too offended as of yet.

Also, my friends and family have been given several explicit instruction concerning my general appearance. Basically, if I am seen wearing more than two articles of clothing at one time that have harley davidson on them, I am to be shot immediately. I.E., a HD hat is ok, but not with an HD t-shirt, and vice versa.

Also, if seen wearing chains of any type other than those performing a functional task such as wallet retention, or leathers when it is neither cold nor raining, I am to be either shot, or flogged mercilessly.
