Hmmmm....thought about joining for a few seconds...I bought my bike used, so I didn't get the freebie membership. Then an acquaintance told me that he got his *** chewed off for having the wrong directions on a ride (they told him that he WOULD be ride captain that day, whether he wanted to be or not). He also told me about all of their rules and regulations.
Bah...don't need H.O.G. I've got plenty of people to ride with (we have a great group here on the forum that rides together every week).
so I guess no one sees the irony in the auction that you can make up yer own chapter?
I bet Harley would have a field day with this guy
There's a local guy that's a real artist with laser cut polished stainless steel plate....and he did a beautiful coffee table with the MoCo shield. It looked so good people suggested he contact HD about getting a license ....when he did so they came down on him like a ton of bricks....cease and desist orders, etc. They'd probably come after HD tattoos if they thought about it for too long.
Schu,
I understood the irony of your OP but was too involved with reading the, "I don't get it, why did you get kicked out of Hog, are you selling your bike?" posts.
Others,
If you've read this cat's threads before it was pretty simple.
This ain't rocket science here guys.......
I didn't get kicked out of HOG. I titled it that way cause of that one guy the other day that did get kicked out of his chapter
Wonder if the "chapter police" would beat me down if I wore "Cartersville Banned From the Chapter/Chapter" for a top patch...............if he takes pay-pal I am there, just will have to drink that red label stuff instead of good Single Malt Scotch next week......but we all have our crosses to bear....
thanks for the evil heads up on the patch..........you the man schumacher! Kinda reminded me of the "extends" commerical............"this could be fun".........see ya soon or on the road...........
