Since the name is Harley Owners Group, shouldn't EVERYONE who owns a harley be a member? Even the used harleys. I'm not a group person anyway, but...

And what would you have to do to be kicked out of it, other than not pay dues?

I'm going to wait for my "Wild Hogs" colors. I always thought the whole concept of HOG was pretty lame, but I decided to give it a try. I lasted 2 meetings.

You said "seriously", so I felt compelled to say that the ebay thing you linked is for creating a patch, not a club. You can't create a club and call it HOG, but you can get a patch with whatever you want on it (likely your current club that you belong to).

I wouldn't have said nothin' since you joke a lot, but you used the word "seriously" so ya gots me to respond.

It don't take much. They's an odd bunch with big egos. Affiliated with dealerships that make their own rules. I knew more than one that got booted for pathetic reasons. I knew one that got a letter kicking him out for being an Indy. Conflict of interest with the dealer.

I can see why. High school band practice is what it reminds me of. Bunch of dick's telling you which way to steer and how slow to go. LOL

Didn't you post on here that you would be leaving the forum because you were getting rid of your Harley and buying a different brand? I'm old, so maybe forgetfull or have someone else in mind. If so, sorry for the comment.
