I've bought a bunch of stuff from them. Never had a problem. They even let me know when one of their suppliers was holding up an order due to inventory backorder issues.

+1 with Phat. Great email communications on order status, technical support and good customer service.

Bought a billet tach from them a couple of years ago. They had it drop shipped from their supplier to me, lense was cracked in shipping (no apparent damage to packaging). They immediately shipped another one to me, no questions asked (w/o waiting for product return). Second one arrives and after installation doesn't work. They immediately send another again w/o waiting for product return. Chrome housing on the third one was scratched pretty bad. So, billet housing from the second tach, tach guts from the third. Tach has been working fine now for over five years.

Bottom line - they did what they said they would and followed up to make sure that I was satisfied.

I used them last year for front and rear Lyndall brake pads. They had the best price and I got the pads pretty quick. I'd definitely use them again.

Just got some Bub 7 Stealths from them.

Order said something like may take 4-6 weeks to arrive. I had it in 2 days.

The pipes didn't come in manufacture packaging, but were in perfect condition.

So no issues, I'd use them again.

I ordered pipes, ait filter, fuel pak, grips, handles, etc. Came in two different shipments 4-5 days apart. Wonderful customer service. FREE shipping, and a 5% discount since my order was over $800.

Next time there's something I can't live without, I'll probably order from them again.
